3. License & Use

Upon purchase, GussAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software products for your own personal or business use. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• Use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Share license keys or download links with third parties

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase you agree to pay the listed price.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Speed to Lead products. If the plugin does not deliver an SMS alert on your first form submission, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at upconsultingteam@gmail.com.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Some products are offered on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration. SMS delivery times may vary based on your carrier and network conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GussAI and Integrity Right Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including lost revenue, missed leads, or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials on GussAI.com and within our products are the exclusive property of Integrity Right Solutions, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services including Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, WordPress, and Shopify. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.
